Over the years my art has been a wonderful journey of discovery and emotions.
My love of nature and the glorious orchestra of colour and light that is played out every minute of our lives.
I have an ongoing love affair with the Australian bush and its amazing changing colours and moods in this unique country.
My memory lets me paint this landscape as I first saw it through a child eyes, stark and lonely, vibrant colours and fabulous sunsets all inhabited by magic birds and animals.
Texture plays a large part in my works, not only in the preparation of the canvas but also during the process of painting. I usually use oil or acrylics and my technique involves the application of layers, including gesso, impasto, paper and glue and other objects. I usually paint with a brush but sometimes "hands on".
As well as Australia, my paintings have been sold in the Middle East, Europe and the US.
